About Lake Travis Pizza

Our Pizza Story
Lake Travis Pizza is an independently owned neighborhood pizza joint serving brick-oven style pizza. We make all of our pizzas in our Inferno Series Revolving Brick Oven – the only one of its type in Austin. We are truly one of a kind!! Lake Travis Pizza offers homemade, hand-tossed pies for take-out and delivery!
What is Old World Style?
Lake Travis Pizza’s signature pizza was created as an homage to the first pie that originated in Naples, Italy. Our Old-World Pizza is made with fresh, sliced Mozzarella and topped with imported Italian tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil and Pecorino Romano baked to perfection in our brick oven and topped with fresh basil. We cook our pizzas at 800 degrees that produce a flavor like no other!
Our dough is prepared on-site daily. Menu items are simple, straightforward, and most importantly: Delicious! All of our special sauces are made from scratch – and with ingredients sourced locally.
We also offer NY Style pizza, calzones, squares, grandma pies, and even dessert pies – each with its own unique twist. You have to try them all!

Our Team

Mark and Leah Mirra
We lived in NY and always loved our pizza nights! It was a big staple in East Coast living. Living near NYC, we had some of the best pizza places around. We decided to move to the suburbs of Austin, TX 3 years ago to be closer to family and friends. One thing we really missed – was the amazing flavors of NY brick oven pizza! This was how Lake Travis Pizza was born. Not only did we want those familiar flavors in our own backyard, but we wanted to share those flavors with our new neighbors and the place we plan on calling home for many years to come!
We use only the best ingredients to make our hand-crafted pizza – fresh mozzarella, imported San Marzano tomatoes, fresh extra virgin olive oil, and gourmet sauces made from scratch. Our pizzas traditionally are made in Old World Style, in a brick oven at 800 degrees that produce flavors like no other in the Austin area!
